- Negotiate on an offer’s merits as it relates to the market
- Assisting the seller and providing documentation to make a counter offer
- Compliance of inspections and re-inspections within the time frame in the contract
- Negotiation of repairs requested by buyer after inspection period
- Assisting with receipt of funds and contract with a title company
- Ensure timely adherence with buyer’s lender on financing issues
